However, in my recent experience, even though the online world keeps expanding at an exponential rate, many individuals don't even consider it. Maybe it's because all sorts of good ideas for a business concern the offline world, and not the internet? l doubt that somehow, and in fact believe that the best ideas and certainly the most creative one's, appear regularly on the internet.

This is because you, as the site owner, get paid a certain amount from Google for every time a person clicks on one of the text ads. How much each click is worth to you is dependent on any particular adsense ad, and how much advertisers want to pay for clicks to get visitors to visit their website. It can vary, but they pay anything from five cents a click up to over $80 a click, for high end products such as auto insurance and other similar sectors.

Each has their own advantages. Adsense requires that you just have good related content and contextual ads. Affiliate marketing requires a certain amount of preselling on your site to entice a person to click on a banner or link...and then follow through by ordering a product, so that you can earn a commission.
Last year over $40 Billion changed hands in affiliate marketing on the internet. And despite recent economic turbulence, it's predicted to grow substantially in the years ahead. Imagine getting just a tiny piece of that pie!
Whilst the explanations give you just the basics of how adsense and affiliate marketing work, they are very simple processes to implement, requiring just rudimentary knowledge. Sometimes, you don't even need a website to promote affiliate products.
